Our weighing products are selected with care and attention with every order. Under the heading "Additional information" for each product, you will find details on the number of pieces, size and weight. We do our utmost to approximate the weight ordered as accurately as possible, but a slight deviation may occur.
For weighing products from one kilo upwards, we apply a weighing margin of 100 grams, both upwards and downwards. For products under one kilo, the maximum weighing margin is 50 grams. As a result, the weight of your order may vary slightly from the original quantity.
You always pay for the exact weight of the products received, which is correctly stated on the invoice. When the weighing margin is applied, we will not notify you separately.
