Customers

Nice of you to become a customer with us!
If you want to become a customer with us, it is first necessary to fill in our registration form:

Only customers with a registered and approved account can purchase from us.

You have a business and operate within our industry. We assume that the products you purchase from us are for resale. In addition, a valid Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number are required. In the case of a small business scheme (KOR), the VAT number is not required.

Once we receive your registration, we aim to process it within 2-3 working days. We check the company details and see if you meet our customer requirements. If everything is correct and complete, we will give you the green light and you will be an official customer. We will then send you a confirmation by e-mail.

If we have questions or if the data is incomplete, we will also let you know via e-mail.

Do you own more than one company and want to place orders for more than one as well? You can, but unfortunately not under the same account! If there are several business entities, you will therefore need an account for each ordering entity.

Does this apply to you as a client? Take contact us for additional account(s).

Visits

Yes! In addition to our webshop, we have a physical wholesale business.
Our range here is also many times larger than on the webshop.
We therefore see our webshop as a signboard and invitation to come and see us.
If you would like to visit, please contact us for an appointment, the coffee is waiting for you!

Although we have fixed opening hours, we do work by appointment. This way, you are never faced with a closed door and we always have enough time and attention for you as a customer. Making an appointment is therefore mandatory for every visit to our wholesale business.
This can be done through one of our contact capabilities.

No! Indeed, our range is many times larger in wholesale than on the webshop.
So you'll find everything from the webshop and much more here on location.
Besides, we do our best to get the webshop as complete as possible!

Only exception are our "unique" products, these specific products can only be ordered via the webshop.

Products

The prices are visible only if you are logged in to the website. So you need a registered and approved account for this.

Unfortunately, we occasionally run out of stock of a certain product. If you are logged in, it is possible to subscribe to a "back in stock" notification for that product. You will then receive an e-mail when the product is back in stock.

With unique products, this is not possible.

A unique product is one or more products that, the name says it all, are unique.
This can be a loose product but also, for example, a set or sales box.
These products were selected, weighed, measured and photographed by ourselves.
The pictured product and/or products is the one you will receive!

If a product states that it is a weighing product, the final weight may differ from what was ordered. This is because it is not always possible to arrive at a round weight when collecting an order. The margin we use varies per product and is always indicated.

The invoice you receive will always show the actual quantities and correct prices.

Ordering & Payment

When you place an order with us, it is via "pay after approval". This means that we check an order first, check stock and make any changes.

If everything is in order, we will approve the order after which you will receive the invoice with a payment link.
The invoice and payment link can then also be found in your account dashboard.

Changes to your order are always made by mutual agreement or as indicated in the relevant products.

Do you have more than 150 excluding VAT in the shopping basket?
If not, you won't be able to checkout as the minimum amount to spend is 150 excluding VAT.
Is there enough in the shopping basket and it still doesn't work?

If you order from us, you will probably come across this name when paying. Buckaroo is our payment provider and ensures that payments reach us.

Shipping & Returns

We try to ship your order in 2 to 3 working days. Sometimes this is already the first following working day, but this depends on how busy and busy our warehouse is. It is important that the payment has already been made.

Your order will be shipped with PostNL and shipping costs within the Netherlands are from €6.26 excluding VAT. For orders above €300 excl. VAT. we do not charge shipping costs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany up to 23 kg. Outside these countries, the costs differ per country and weight. Shipping Information.

It can sometimes happen that you are not satisfied with the product(s) we have delivered. Should this be the case, we ask you to contact us first! Returning an order or product only takes place by mutual agreement.

Other

Are you a reseller abroad and legally allowed to reverse charge VAT? (intra-community delivery)

Then enter your company's valid VAT number when placing the order. After checking through the VIES, VAT may be deducted immediately.

Is your VAT number not suitable for this or do you not have one? Then your order will pay inclusive of VAT.

No, you can't just use our photos.
This applies to both product photos and the photos and image materials we use for the layout of our website. These photos and images are the property of Rusch Mineralen Webshop B.V.
