Manganite with Quartz Sales Box
Manganite
Manganite is a mineral belonging to the oxides and hydroxides of manganese. It usually occurs as dark, shiny prisms or needle-like crystals with a metallic to submetallic luster. Its colour ranges from steel grey to black, and when powdered it exhibits a brown-black tint.
Manganite usually forms in hydrothermal deposits and in the oxidation zones of manganese-bearing ores. Major deposits include Germany, South Africa, Brazil and Ghana. Its chemical formula is MnO(OH), and its hardness is between 4 and 4.5 on the Mohs scale.

Assorted Display Boxes
By sales boxes we mean ready-to-sell boxes or cartons, usually filled with 24 or 35 white folding boxes fitted with a piece of white felt. In the 24-pack variant, the boxes have a size of about 2.5 × 6 × 6.5 cm, and in the 35-pack variant about 2.5 × 5 × 5.5 cm.
Most of the sales boxes are selected and put together by ourselves. In addition, there are variants that are offered differently, for example as batches or in acrylic boxes (such as the Mix 117). We also sometimes receive sales boxes with a different presentation from the supplier; this is always clearly visible in the product photos.
The weights listed under "Additional Information" always refer to the ready to ship weight. If a net weight is relevant, this will be stated separately.
