Sodalite
Sodalite is a blue mineral from the feldspar replacement group that often contains white veins or flecks of calcite. It is valued for its deep colour and glassy luster. Sodalite is mainly found in igneous rocks such as syenite and nephelineite.
Major deposits include Canada, Brazil, Namibia and Russia. Its chemical formula is Na₈(Al₆Si₆O₂₄)Cl₂. Its hardness is around 5.5 to 6 on the Mohs scale.
A well-known variant is hackmanite, a rare form of sodalite that can exhibit fluorescence or tenebrescence (discolouration under UV light).

Donuts
Donut gemstone pendants are flat, round pendants with a central drill hole of about 5-6 mm. They are available in various gemstone types and sizes from about 2.5 to 5 cm, with 3 cm being the most common with us. Thanks to their shape, they are easy to wear on a cord or chain.
