Atlasaurus bone – 165 million years

These remarkable pieces of polished bone come from Atlasaurus, a large herbivorous dinosaur that lived around 165 million years ago. Atlasaurus belonged to the sauropods: dinosaurs with long necks, long tails and enormous bodies.
