Order and shipping process at Rusch Minerals
We work more consciously and carefully than many web shops. Our fragile products require extra care in selection and packaging. On this page, you can read how that works and how our shipping costs are structured.
In short
- We will collect and check your order.
- We pack everything carefully and with sturdy packing material.
- You will receive a payment link or invoice when the order is complete and ready for shipment.
- Within the Netherlands, we charge a single fixed delivery rate. (€7.10 – June 2026)
- Delivery time is around 2 to 3 working days, usually faster.
How our process works:
1. Placing an order
After placing your order, we check availability and that everything is correct. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you. Want to know more about becoming a customer? View the additional frequently asked questions.
2. Collection and quality control
All items are hand-selected and checked for quantity, weight, quality and any damage. We also take into account passed on wishes. If something does not meet our requirements, we do not deliver it.
3. Packaging
As many of our products are fragile, we pack them carefully with sturdy boxes and multiple layers of protection. This way, we make sure your order arrives safely.
4. Invoice or payment link
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive the payment link or invoice by e-mail. This way, you always pay the correct amount and we avoid corrections afterwards.
5. Shipping
After payment, your order will go with the carrier. Orders on invoice are also sent immediately (after consultation). At the end of the day, PostNL will collect all parcels and you will receive the track & trace after the first scan.
Why do we charge shipping costs?
Shipping with us requires a lot of care and attention, without us charging extra for packaging or handling.
The delivery charges (€7.10 – June 2026) cover only (part of) the transport costs. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, we pass on the carrier’s rate in full. Shipping Information.
Delivery times
We work with a small team and therefore have a delivery time of 2-3 working days. We often ship as early as the next working day. Do you have a deadline? Then please contact us before ordering.
